Location: 1 Seaport Ln. Boston, MA 02210
Duration: 6 months of CA with 6 week on site with architect from DiArchitecture.
Objective: Review weekly constructions progress. Attend weekly construction trade meetings. Walked room by room creating punch list and verifying that all building codes are met. Ensure all CMU walls, floors and ceiling had the correct amount of fire blocking.
Benefits Gain: Worked side by side with a veteran architect. I was able to see the building renovated from day one to the opening day. Gained experience doing the required weekly walkthroughs.
