Objective: Attend weekly construction meetings with all trades including ownership. Architect and interior designer representative. Approval of all shop drawings and material submittals, review guestroom mock-up with Marriott, answered RFIs, Coordinated directly with several construction trades including electrical, mechanical, fire department, plumbing, kitchen consultant, etc.
Benefits Gain: Project was located 1 mile away from office. I was able to review real time exterior and interior construction as it was developing.
